The rules and regulations below must be followed to participate in a learn-to-swim course. Failure to adhere to any of
the aquatic policies shall be grounds for an official reprimand, removal, or dismissal of remaining lessons.
General Guidelines
              ○ Children should arrive at the pool dressed and ready to shower so you make the most of your swim time.
              ○ Have a proper adult-to-child ratio per parent and child class
              ○ Proper swim attire is required for both adults and the children in their group that is to include swim diapers if
not potty trained.
              ○ Please arrive 10 or 15 min before class starts.
              ○ Arrive early to check-in. Arriving late may cause you to miss your swim time. If you arrive late, your group
cannot make-up time without the approval of the instructor.
Missed class policy:
              ● If one or two children are missing from class, we will still hold class: and make ups will not be held
              ● No charge for a missed day, but parents MUST notify Heavenlee of planned absence at least 24 hrs in
advance when possible. It is advised that the child not miss more than 1 day due to promote consistency
with learning. This rule is for private lessons. Group lessons will be made up if the instructor misses a class.
Payment:
              ● A 50% down payment is required before the start of class and the next 50% due halfway into each session.
              ● Payment is to be sent in 2-week increments, in advance, if a continuous lesson is being held without breaks
